Description
This Layered Imagery portrait honors the famous Botticelli “The Birth of Venus”. It depicts the goddess Venus arriving at the shore after her birth, when she had emerged from the sea fully-grown. At first glance it might be mistaken for an original oil painting but upon closer look, the viewer can see many photographic image hidden within.
This 18” x 24” portrait is created on a stretched canvas with 3/4” deep edges and can be hung with or without a frame.
